  • How do I check the status of my order?
    Log in to your account and select “ Order History” in the “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details. If you don't have an account, you can track your order here
  • Can I cancel/modify my order?
    Once your order is placed it begins to process, at that time we're unable to change or cancel it. However, if you need to return your order review our return policy.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    It should arrive within 5-7 business days for orders once placed. Orders shipped internatiaally may take longer to ship.
  • I received a damaged item, what should I do?"
    Quality assurance is a priority to us, in this case we will determine the cause. Please email us with your order number, the name of the damaged product and a photo of the damage. We will be happy to assist.
  • What forms of payments can I use?
    For online orders the following Credit Cards are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
  • How to store makeup/skin products? What temperature?
    For best results, store at room temperature.
  • How do I know what products to order regarding my skin type?
